Extract aceutilities.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract aceutilities.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting aceutilities.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract aceutilities.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 aceutilities.dll and press Enter.
