Extract AndroidWebShell.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AndroidWebShell.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AndroidWebShell.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AndroidWebShell.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 AndroidWebShell.dll and press Enter.
