Extract AgLMDLCUI.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract AgLMDLCUI.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting AgLMDLCUI.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract AgLMDLCUI.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 AgLMDLCUI.dll and press Enter.
