Extract ABTCP.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract ABTCP.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting ABTCP.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract ABTCP.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Reboot your computer.

Type regsvr32 ABTCP.dll and press Enter.
