Extract Ati2plxx.exe from .zip. We recommend that you extract Ati2plxx.exe to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Ati2plxx.exe.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 Ati2plxx.exe and press Enter.
