Extract avlf.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract avlf.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting avlf.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract avlf.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 avlf.dll and press Enter.
