Extract authstate.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract authstate.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting authstate.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract authstate.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 authstate.dll and press Enter.
