Extract awcp.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract awcp.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting awcp.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract awcp.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 awcp.dll and press Enter.
