Extract BFDdz.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BFDdz.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BFDdz.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BFDdz.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 BFDdz.dll and press Enter.
