Extract br_data.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract br_data.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting br_data.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract br_data.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 br_data.dll and press Enter.
