Extract BSSABrowser.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract BSSABrowser.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BSSABrowser.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BSSABrowser.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 BSSABrowser.dll and press Enter.
