Extract behshader.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract behshader.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting behshader.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract behshader.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:

Type regsvr32 behshader.dll and press Enter.
