Extract BBOARD.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract BBOARD.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting BBOARD.DLL.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract BBOARD.DLL to your system directory. By default, this is:

If the problem still occurs, try the following:

Type regsvr32 BBOARD.DLL and press Enter.
