Extract Cls_Thread.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract Cls_Thread.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting Cls_Thread.dll.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 Cls_Thread.dll and press Enter.
