Extract C7E3C7.dll from .zip. We recommend that you extract C7E3C7.dll to the installation directory of the program that is requesting C7E3C7.dll.
If that doesn't work, you will have to extract C7E3C7.dll to your system directory. By default, this is:
C:WindowsSystem (Windows 95/98/Me)
C:WINNTSystem32 (Windows NT/2000)
C:WindowsSystem32 (Windows XP, Vista)
C:WindowsSystem32 (Windows 7/8/2008r2/10/11)
C:WindowsSysWOW64 (Windows 7/8/2008r2/10/11)
If you use a 64-bit version of Windows, you should also place C7E3C7.dll in C:WindowsSysWOW64
