Extract CRXMLX~1.DLL from .zip. We recommend that you extract CRXMLX~1.DLL to the installation directory of the program that is requesting CRXMLX~1.DLL.

Reboot your computer.

Type CMD and press Enter (or if you use Windows ME, type COMMAND)).
Type regsvr32 CRXMLX~1.DLL and press Enter.
